In dogs and cats with asystole or PEA potentially associated with increased vagal tone, use of atropine is reasonable.

It seems that this should be a more strongly worded recommendation, especially given that increased vagal tone is specifically discussed. Could the use of atropine be "recommended" rather than "reasonable"?
