I think that this is a fantastic thing. The data in the human literature supports this and I think it makes clinical sense.

This is a small point but one that applies to several of the RECOVER guidelines. I know some grammar gurus who are opposed to the use of "may" in scientific writing as traditionally it implies "permission to do something". Consider replacing "could", "might" or "can" with "may". For this guidelines "Specific leadership training is recommended for individuals who might need to lead in a CPA situation". With that said, I think this is an excellent guideline.
