The use of vasopressin (0.8 U/kg) as a substitute or in combination with epinephrine every 3-5 minutes may be considered.

Is this referring to epinephrine and vasopressin every 3 to 5 minutes, or vasopressin once followed by epinephrine every 3 to 5 minutes? May want to clarify.

I agree with Noah, this recommendation is a little confusing and perhaps vague considering the evidence to support vasopressin's use during CPR. Perhaps it could be re-worded as follows: "Vasopressin (0.8 U/kg) can be used as a substitute for or in combination with epinephrine after 3-5 minutes."
